Prayer for Gratitude

We should always have it in our minds that the first thing to do when things seem to be wrong is to give thanks to God. It shows that no problem is too big to take away your grateful heart, 

O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: because his mercy endureth forever – Psalm 118:1.

2. My God, I come against the spirit of timidity that seems to weigh my children down. Give them the spirit of boldness, in the mighty name of Jesus.

But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. – Isaiah 40:31.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. – Romans 8:28.

But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. – John 14:26.

Prayer Of Academic Excellence

⁵ And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. – Matthew 5:16.

Final Thoughts on Prayers for a Child Struggling In School 

Prayer changes things and it can turn your child from the class dummy to the star of the class. This is even the promise of God for them. The Bible says that 

Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in Mount Zion. – Isaiah 8:18.

Being the class dummy isn’t performing signs and wonders. So, you can prayerfully establish that switch. However, prayer is not the only thing you must do. Seek counsel from educational officers as you pray.
